When I was a Top Producer at a conventional firm, all sellers paid 3% of the sales price to the brokerage and 3% to the buyer's agent--a total of 6%. As prices doubled, tripled, and in some cases quadripled in just a few years, the commission amount seemed excessive.

When I came across the discount/fee-for-service brokerage concept, I began to seek a way to provide this service to Kauai property owners. The result: All Kauai Real Estate, my own brokerage office opened in February 2003 so I could provide the same superior service that my clients had enjoyed for many years.
